Job Description

* Lead field operations on large-scale manufacturing, industrial, mission-critical, and data center projects.

* Manage all site activities including safety, quality, subcontractor coordination, and schedule execution.

* Work closely with project leadership to ensure project milestones and client expectations are achieved.

* Drive project delivery on assignments ranging from $50M to over $250M in value.

* Mentor field teams and contribute to the development of future Superintendents.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience leading data center, mission-critical, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects.

* Proven success delivering projects valued at $50M+ in a Superintendent capacity.

* Strong leadership presence with the ability to coordinate large field teams.

* Concrete and masonry experience is advantageous but not required.

* Stable career history with a reputation for delivering successful projects.
