This role requires availability to travel nationwide unrestricted and a strong background in managing complex, high profile, Class A projects within occupied buildings in high density areas. Project typically are in the $3M - $35M range.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction for Class A property projects.
  • Oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and implement cost-control measures as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to address any changes or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project objectives.
