We are partnering with multiple top-tier general contractors and specialty builders to hire Traveling Superintendents for large-scale projects across the Southeast. These roles support ground-up and complex builds across sectors including data centers, tilt-wall, federal, multifamily, retail, and big-box construction.
  • Run $20M+ commercial projects
  • Truck, housing & GSA per diem provided

Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial projects in the Southeast region.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Experience leading structural steel and ground-up commercial projects
  • Proven ability to independently run projects valued at $20M+
  • Strong scheduling, leadership, and subcontractor management skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed
