This role is critical in leading field personnel and maintaining safety protocols while fostering excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
  • Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and milestone tracking
  • Lead safety efforts and enforce company/site safety protocols
  • Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
  • Ensure quality control across all phases of construction
  • Manage inspections, deliveries, and on-site logistics

The Successful Applicant

  • +/- 5-12 years of construction industry experience
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale data center projects
  • Demonstrated history of managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
  • Strong tenure at current and previous employer(s)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
  • Open to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions - will start in the Northern Virginia HQ for the first 4-6 months
