Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover
  • Manage subcontractors across structural, MEP, and specialty scopes
  • Drive project schedules in fast-track data center environments
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams
  • Support commissioning, testing, and project close-out processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, phasing, and commissioning
  • Experience on ground-up, large-scale commercial builds
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and complex coordination
  • Willingness to travel or be site-based as needed
