Job Description

* Lead field operations for ground-up data center, industrial, and PEMB construction projects.

* Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, and quality standards.

* Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

* Partner with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to resolve field challenges.

* Travel to project sites nationwide while maintaining overall site leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

* 4-8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.

* Background in data centers, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or PEMB projects.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project schedules.

* Motivated, team-oriented professional seeking long-term growth.

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus

* 10% annual bonus plus 1.5x salary while assigned to travel projects.
