Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders.
  • Manage inspections, punch-list activities, and project closeout.
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Data Centers
    • Federal Construction
    • Light Industrial Facilities
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
