Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations across industrial and mission-critical projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site logistics
  • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on site
  • Work closely with project management teams to deliver successful outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience delivering light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or data center projects
  • Strong understanding of site operations, safety, and construction sequencing
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong knowledge of complex MEP systems and coordination
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, ground-up builds
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
