The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for leading field operations on large-scale, ground-up data center projects across the United States. This role oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules, and drive execution of complex MEP systems that are necessary to mission-critical facilities.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities for data center projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Provide progress updates to project managers and other team members.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear communication with all parties involved in the project.
