Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel to ensure project success.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and company protocols.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, design teams, and inspectors.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Lead jobsite meetings and maintain daily reports and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve field issues to minimize impacts on schedule and budget.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up data center, light industrial, and/or federal construction projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety programs, quality control, and subcontractor management.
  • Experience working on complex, technically challenging projects.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Federal project experience and familiarity with government standards is highly desirable.
