Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities for federal projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address potential challenges proactively.
  • Communicate progress and updates to project managers and clients as required.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
