Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and overall site productivity
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes
  • Monitor workforce performance and proactively resolve field challenges
  • Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Review construction documents, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary field contact for owners, clients, and project teams
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff
  • Support cost control efforts and project performance goals
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements
  • Drive projects through completion while maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+
  • Experience in life sciences, laboratories, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, MEP, or similar technical projects preferred
  • Cleanroom construction experience is a strong plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide full-time
  • Proficiency with Procore and construction management technology
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Active Builder's License (any state) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or trade-related background preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain schedule performance
