Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.
  • Lead all onsite activities including safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and municipal authorities.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to project management teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and achieve successful client turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up gas station, QSR, or restaurant construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of site development, utilities, concrete, steel, building envelope, and interior finishes.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
  • Experience with national retail, restaurant, or fuel station clients is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Georgia and the Southeast region.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting systems.
