Traveling Superintendent - Gas Station

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects align with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficient workflows.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Manage materials and resources to prevent shortages or excesses on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction phases.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for review by senior management.
