Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong retail, grocery, and healthcare project portfolio in the Southeast.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams to promote a productive work environment.
  • Travel to various project sites as required.

  • Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.

  • Ability to travel extensively and relocate temporarily based on project assignments
