Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and maintain quality control throughout all stages of construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure project alignment.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
