Known for its specialized expertise and strong client relationships, the company continues to expand its footprint across multiple states through repeat business and negotiated work.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects
  • Lead projects within active, occupied healthcare facilities while minimizing disruptions to operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to drive successful project execution
  • Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues
  • Maintain accurate project documentation utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office tools
  • Oversee interior healthcare renovations and occasional ground-up construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, owner requirements, and company standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Healthcare Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
