• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
• Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders effectively.
• Oversee and inspect work to ensure it meets healthcare construction standards.
• Travel across the Southeast region to manage various project sites.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
