About Our Client

Our client is a privately held design-build general contractor with a strong reputation for repeat business and long-term client relationships. Their portfolio includes hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects, and they continue to grow through referrals, reputation, and project execution rather than low-bid work.

Job Description

* Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover.

* Manage subcontractors, project schedules, safety programs, and quality control.

* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and trade partners.

* Drive project delivery while proactively solving field challenges and maintaining timelines.

* Mentor Assistant Superintendents and support the development of future field leaders.

The Successful Applicant

* Superintendent experience on commercial, hospitality, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to run projects independently.

* Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards.

* Comfortable travelling for project assignments throughout the region.

* Positive, solutions-focused approach with a stable career history.
