Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project workflows.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Review blueprints and project plans to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, materials, and labor costs.
  • Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction activities.
