Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up industrial projects
  • Manage self-perform concrete and tilt wall operations through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and logistics
  • Partner with Project Managers to drive project performance and communication
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools for documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Industrial Tilt Wall Construction should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Extensive self-perform concrete and tilt wall project experience
  • Proven success delivering large-scale distribution, warehouse, or industrial facilities
  • OSHA certification with strong safety leadership record
  • Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and willingness to travel
