Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, jobsite logistics, and daily construction activities
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders across multiple phases
  • Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-15+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction
  • Strong background in ground-up industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects
  • Proven leadership and ability to run jobsite operations independently
  • Willingness to travel full-time



What's on Offer

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
  • $900/month truck allowance + gas card
  • $4,800/month per diem
