Job Description

    • Lead on-site construction operations from start through completion
    • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
    • Oversee ground-up industrial projects, often exceeding $100M+
    • Coordinate closely with project management and ownership teams
    • Maintain strong jobsite leadership and accountability

The Successful Applicant

    • Traveling Superintendent with experience on large-scale industrial builds
    • Background in cold storage, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred
    • Proven track record of managing ground-up projects $50M-$150M+
    • Strong tenure history (4-5+ years per employer preferred)
    • Willingness to travel nationally or throughout the Southeast
