Job Description

  • Lead field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate daily activities with project management and ownership teams
  • Drive project execution from site mobilisation through turnover
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:

  • Experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Background with podium, wrap, garden-style, or similar developments
  • Stable employment history with strong tenure at previous employers
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southern and Southeastern United States
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
