Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities for multifamily projects valued between $15M-$45M
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics
  • Drive project execution from framing through turnover and closeout
  • Partner with project management teams to maintain schedule and budget goals
  • Mentor field personnel while supporting future operational growth

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • 4+ years of multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent
  • Ground-up multifamily project experience required
  • Strong construction knowledge across building systems and field operations
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
