My client is seeking a Superintendent to oversee projects across the Southeast region. Job Description

  • Direct and manage all day-to-day activities on active construction sites
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Monitor project schedules and maintain progress toward key milestones
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
  • Identify potential project issues and implement solutions proactively
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
  • Travel to assigned projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and surrounding states

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Ground-up project experience preferred
  • Background in retail, banking, healthcare, restaurant, medical, or similar commercial construction sectors
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to read construction drawings and contract documents
  • Experience using project management software such as Procore or equivalent platforms
  • Familiarity with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project
  • Open to traveling for project assignments throughout the Southeast
