Job Description

  • Lead on-site execution of retail remodel and tenant improvement projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site safety, schedules, and project quality
  • Coordinate daily activities with project managers, clients, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and resolve field issues to maintain timelines
  • Travel extensively to project locations across the US and provide regular updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Travel Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Strong tenant improvement (TI) and retail remodel project background
  • Experience working in open-store renovation environments preferred
  • Excellent communication and client-facing relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and manage projects nationwide
