Job Description

  • Lead field operations for commercial upfit projects (banks, retail, restaurant, medical)
  • Manage traveling projects across NC, SC, TN, and surrounding states
  • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and on-site execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Utilize Project Site (Trimble) and Microsoft Project for coordination and scheduling

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial upfit or ground-up projects
  • Comfortable with regional travel (multiple states)
  • Strong field leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced renovation and interior projects
