Our client is a growing commercial GC, specializing in fast-paced retail, restaurant, convenience store, and fuel station projects across the country. With a strong pipline through 2027, repeating clients, this team is committed to delivering quality construction solutions while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies on all job sites.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications.
  • Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide regular project updates and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Travel extensively to support projects nationwide.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Required experience with QSR, restaurant, convenience store, and gas station projects.
  • Experience with ground-up construction, remodels, and renovations.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
