Job Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control efforts
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and client communication
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations
  • Travel to project locations as needed while serving as the primary onsite leader

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Retail Construction should have:

  • Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience leading retail and commercial construction projects
  • Ability to independently manage projects valued between $1M-$10M
  • Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments

Salary: Up to $125,000 base salary
