Job Description

* Lead retail TI, remodel, and rollout projects across multiple US locations.

* Manage subcontractors, site activities, safety, and daily project execution.

* Act as the primary field contact for clients, crews, and internal teams.

* Maintain project documentation, reports, photos, receipts, and progress updates.

* Resolve site issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

* 4-5+ years of construction experience, ideally as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

* Strong background in retail TI, remodels, rollouts, or commercial interiors.

* Proven experience managing subcontractors across multiple project sites.

* Strong communication skills with a client-facing and professional approach.

* Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with extensive nationwide travel.

What's on Offer

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + per diem + discretionary bonus

* $65-$70 daily per diem plus company-paid flights, lodging, and travel expenses.
