Job Description

As a Traveling Superintendent reporting into senior field leadership, you will oversee on-site execution of multiple commercial builds.

  • Lead on-site construction activities for retail projects ranging from $3M-$10M
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate open-store remodels, expansions, and ground-up construction
  • Maintain project timelines, daily logs, and site documentation
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and budget targets
  • Drive project delivery from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on retail/commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in big-box retail, open-store remodels, or expansions
  • Experience managing projects within the $3M-$10M range
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally with consistent project pipeline
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
