Traveling Superintendent - Retail

• Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Inspect work progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily logs and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates.
• Travel to various project sites as required to manage construction activities.
• Oversee the quality control process to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
• Travel as required to assigned project locations throughout the United States.
