Job Description

As the Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution across multiple projects. You will be responsible for driving schedule, safety, and quality on fast-paced builds.

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics across multiple locations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with all regulations
  • Track progress, manage schedules, and proactively resolve delays/issues
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project specifications

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Ground-Up Retail Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
  • Strong background delivering retail, grocery, or fuel station builds preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with regional travel
  • Solid understanding of construction scheduling and site coordination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with subcontractors and clients
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and field best practices
  • Willingness to travel across the Southeast (Georgia base preferred but not required)
