About Our Client

Our Client is a long-established federal construction contractor with a 100-year history of delivering complex projects across the U.S. and internationally. Headquartered in the Southeast with satellite offices in the Northeast and several operational hubs overseas, they support federal partners through both ground-up facilities and intricate renovation programs, including secure, occupied, and historically sensitive sites.

With over 250 employees and a strong backlog of U.S. and international federal work, the company is known for its long-term stability and steady growth. Annual revenues exceed $230M, supported by repeat customers, strong past performance, and a consistent pipeline.

The culture is rooted in transparency, teamwork, and hands-on leadership. The company holds quarterly in-person meetings, encourages open communication between field and leadership, and maintains small, high-performing project teams-typically including a Project Manager, Superintendent, Safety professional, Project Engineer, and QCM.

Their field teams describe the company as a place where people are supported, heard, and treated like family. Leadership is accessible, decisions are made quickly, and career growth is prioritized. Employees often highlight the company's financial health, strong reputation in the federal market, and the opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that directly support national missions.
