Job Description

  • Lead field operations for ground-up big box retail construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project execution
  • Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and owner communications
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget requirements
  • Travel throughout Florida with future opportunities across the Southeast

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up big box projects
  • Strong background delivering projects for major retail clients
  • Demonstrated tenure and stability with previous employers
  • Expertise in scheduling, safety compliance, and subcontractor management
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage projects across multiple locations
