Traveling Superintendent (Southeast)

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to align schedules and resources.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality and design specifications.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
