This traveling Superintendent will oversee retail, fuel station, and QSR construction projects across the Southeast, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong field leadership, coordination of subcontractors and project teams, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while traveling extensively throughout the region.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activity at assigned project sites and keep work aligned with project plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and project contacts to maintain clear communication and steady progress.
  • Review completed work for quality and address site issues as they arise.
  • Track project schedules and coordinate field activities to meet planned milestones.
  • Promote safe work practices and maintain an orderly job site.
  • Read and apply project drawings and specifications during construction activities.
  • Document site progress, updates, and items requiring follow-up.
  • Travel to assigned construction locations to provide consistent on-site oversight.

The Successful Applicant
