We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join a well-established General Contractor. This role requires expertise in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain budgets and schedules.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and progress.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges efficiently and professionally.
