Job Description

  • Manage daily onsite construction operations from mobilization through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Track project schedules and proactively mitigate delays
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and milestone progress meetings
  • Lead quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and costs
  • Communicate directly with owners, inspectors, and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
  • Proven success managing ground-up or large renovation projects
  • Willingness to travel 100% nationwide
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling and field management software
