Job Description

As the Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to senior operations leadership and work closely with project managers and subcontractors.

  • Manage day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Lead subcontractors and self‑perform crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
  • Coordinate schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and manpower planning
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company procedures at all times
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope church projects

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience supervising ground‑up projects. Project must have included church or worship projects in the past.
  • Strong field leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and fast‑paced schedules
  • Deep understanding of sequencing, construction means and methods, and problem‑solving on active jobsites
  • Experience with ground‑up retail, service‑based facilities, or multi‑site programs preferred
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar
  • Strong communicator with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, safety‑first approach
