Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Monitor material deliveries and inventory to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Provide accurate daily and weekly reports on project status and job site activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and engineers.
