Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes across all projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure quality control and address any discrepancies in construction work.
  • Supervise and manage site inspections and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients, architects, and engineers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Healthcare must have:
