Job Description

  • Lead ground-up commercial projects from sitework through turnover
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and daily field operations
  • Manage 3-week look-ahead schedules and project sequencing
  • Oversee quality, safety, schedule, and site coordination
  • Conduct owner/client site walks and serve as the face of the company
  • Partner with remote PMs, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
  • Travel nationally, typically spending 2 weeks at a time on site

The Successful Applicant

  • Lead Superintendent with ground-up commercial/retail experience
  • Proven experience running $1M+ projects independently
  • Strong understanding of sitework, scheduling, subcontractor management, and turnover
  • Comfortable presenting to and managing relationships with owners/clients
  • Able to travel nationally and work away from home for extended periods
  • 3-week look-ahead scheduling experience
  • Procore experience preferred
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Stable employment history; not job-hoppy
