Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality construction outcomes.
  • Travel extensively to various project locations as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing on-site construction projects in the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project oversight.
