Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their big box construction division.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
  • Travel frequently to various project sites as required.
