  • Nationwide travel with home every 2 weeks.

Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities for retail, restaurant, banking, and commercial projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality throughout project delivery
  • Manage renovations, fit-outs, and select ground-up projects valued from $500K to $10M
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and client communication
  • Travel extensively throughout the US while ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Travelling Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience within retail or commercial construction
  • Background delivering fast-track renovation and fit-out projects
  • Strong employment tenure with demonstrated career stability
  • Experience with banking, dealership, or retail projects highly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally on a full-time basis
