Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project flow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, material orders, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit project reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $2M-$10M
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Underground utilities
    • Sitework
    • MEP coordination
  • Ability to independently manage field operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel as project needs require
