The business prides itself on safety, quality, and operational excellence.Job DescriptionThe Traveling MEP Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and be responsible for leading field execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across mission critical construction projects throughout Texas. The Traveling MEP Superintendent will drive schedule, quality, and safety performance while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.Manage all on-site MEP construction activities from preconstruction through commissioning.Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain project schedules and milestones.Lead quality control inspections and ensure adherence to client standards.Drive a strong safety culture and maintain exceptional site organization and cleanliness.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, MEP Managers, and field leadership.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Support turnover, commissioning, and successful project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
