Job Description

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Project Leadership and Field Operations Management and will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and schedule execution on mission critical construction projects across Texas.

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project turnover
  • Drive project schedules, sequencing, and milestone achievement to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners across multiple scopes of work
  • Maintain and enforce site safety programs and company safety standards
  • Manage quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to project specifications
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and owner handoff activities
  • Build strong relationships with project teams while maintaining proactive communication and accountability

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or highly technical project experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination, sequencing, and construction logistics
  • Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
  • OSHA 30 Certification required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must reside in Texas
  • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout Texas based on project assignments
  • Ability to successfully lead teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining a safety-first mindset
